Before you record
- Camera fixed, side-on to the jump direction.
- Whole body and landing area in frame. Floor visible.
- Calibration points on the same floor, close to the jump.
- Athlete stays at the same distance from the camera.

Two-point scaling only. Measurements get less accurate when the camera is strongly angled or the jump and calibration points are at different depths.

Footage notes
Your footage can still be analyzed, but some measurements may be less reliable.
Calibration
Tap two points on the same floor whose real distance you know, such as two court lines 580 cm apart.
Tap point A on the floor
For best results, use two known points on the same floor plane and close to the jump area. V1 uses simple two-point scaling, not perspective correction, so measurements can become less accurate when the camera is strongly angled or the jump and calibration points are at different depths.
Mark jump
Navigate to the takeoff frame, then tap the front-most toe
Jumps
No jumps yet. Calibrate above, then add your first jump.
